It also has other functions like cashiering, room allotment, profiles, reservation modification, floor plans to help the staff know which rooms on which floors are already booked, Confirmations to send automatic emails to future guests, and posting requests if someone wants a sea facing room or a smoking room etc.

Front Desk: 
Incoming guests and inhouse guests are managed using this option. This module also handles groups, and walkins, and has features for room blocking, managing guest messages and wakeup calls, and creating and following up on inter-department information, or traces.

Cashiering: 
This option is used to post guest and non staying guest charges including components and taxes, posting adjustments, managing advance deposits, settlements, checkout and invoice printing are a few of the many activities handled by Cashiering. Cashiering also includes multiple payment methods per reservation including direct bill, cash, credit cards, cheques, EFT etc.

Rooms Management:
This option handles all aspects of supervision including, maintenance, availability, housekeeping, and facility management. The Queue Rooms feature coordinates Front Office and Housekeeping efforts when guests are waiting for rooms which are still dirty and needs cleaning. It shows which rooms are cleaned and which rooms are dirty and which rooms are under maintenance.

Profiles: 
This software also provides profiles - complete demographic records for guests, business accounts, contacts, groups, agents, and sources. It include addresses, phone numbers, membership enrollments, stay and revenue details, guest preferences, and additional data that make reservations handling and many other activities faster and more accurate.

Commissions:
This feature is used to calculate and process the travel agent commissions and accurately forwarding the same to the finance department either by check or via EFT.

Hospitality System Interfaces:
This option is used to manage other connected softwares such as minibar module to correctly post charges, activating telephone and room keys and other related softwares such as setting automatic wakeup calls.

Accounts Receivable: 
This function is integrated with the database and includes, invoicing, direct billing, bill payments, account aging,  statement generation and reminders. Old invoices from external accounting system may be viewed or entered for future reference.

End Of Day:
This function is used by the Night Auditor to print all the relevant accounting documents for the day for example calculating the total number of calls made by the guest, internet used by the guests, deposits received and many other features.
